"And our medical costs have been increasing at only about 6 percent a year," he said.

The college has since introduced a scholarship for upperclassmen, to help increase the graduation rate, now at 61 percent.

Reviews and member registrations are increasing at 50 to 60 percent every month.

The rate of air travel globally increased at 3.7 percent per year over the same time.

Losses mounted and loan problems increased at more than 7 percent of the strongest savings institutions.

It also capped the level of yearly property tax increases at 5 percent.

The money supply was kept limited and inflation increased at 8 percent, the lowest rate in 20 years.

Several other center owners said their volume was increasing at 20 to 30 percent a year.

"We expect dividend payments to increase about 6 percent a year, and earnings per share at 12 percent," he said.

That figure will increase at 3 percent a year for 10 more years.
