Every talented young chef we met mentioned another "just as good."

One dish in particular has been adopted by the city's young chefs.

Tasting it, I suddenly remembered how young the chef is.

Or that no promising young chefs were left in Manhattan.

"I have a problem with certain young American chefs who want to run before they can walk," he said.

I also brought in two very talented young chefs and let them do their thing.

"A lot of younger chefs here just don't have any idea how to cook it."
