Older black folk are saying they don't want to waste their vote.

Again the announcer says, "This is no time to waste our vote."

"But if that's the only reason you're voting for one of them, aren't you wasting your vote?"

This allows sympathetic voters to support a minor party without feeling like they are "wasting" their vote.

Don't waste your vote on traditional politicians who promise you everything to get elected, but never deliver.

"I'd hate like hell to waste my vote, but I'm not truly convinced on either one of them."

So don't waste your vote - do the one thing that will really upset politicians: get your own back.

I do care about the environment too, but you're absolutely right: voting Green would be wasting your vote.

But in the long term, I think the people are taking this election seriously, so they won't want to waste their vote.
