Since the beginning, Judge Duffy has complained about the media attention.
"It occurs to me people outside the country will be watching," Judge Duffy said.
"What you did was a sneak attack," Judge Duffy said.
Of course, the lawyers don't disagree with Judge Duffy's approach.
The trial was held under heavy security, and the jurors were kept anonymous by Judge Duffy.
"I really don't care one way or another," Judge Duffy said.
He is expected to be tried before Judge Duffy on those counts.
Still, Judge Duffy showed a sort of compassion at times.
"It is your job to determine the facts," Judge Duffy said.
"The guy has to be 57, 58," Judge Duffy told the lawyers after the man had left.
