To the west of the Gap are two small tarns.
The summit has a small tarn between the two highest knolls, and gives a fine all round view.
There is a small tarn in the depression, and sometimes a second after heavy rain.
A small tarn is located on the side of the summit.

There is a small tarn just below the summit to the south west.
The summit area is grassy, with a number of small tarns between the two tops.
There is a small tarn to the south of Red Crag.
It gives its name to a small tarn in the area.
Between this cairn and the top, in a shallow valley, lies a small tarn.
