In the 1930 renumbering, NY 10 was rerouted east of Lake Clear to follow modern NY 30 north to the Canadian border.

It briefly follows north of the A158, to a caravan park, where it meets High Toynton.

You can reach the Double H by following the stream due north.

The canal follows the Moselle upstream through Charmes and Thaon-les-Vosges until Golbey, north of Épinal, where it leaves the Moselle valley.

The route follows north of the reservoir, passing through Sterling before entering Clinton.
