The Congressman said he was just trying "to set the record straight."
"Those people have no chance to get a job," the Congressman said.

With all that, the campaign was unlikely to focus on issues like health care and jobs, the Congressman said.
"Under our present policies you had better have a rich father and mother," the Congressman said.

What made this one special was that the local congressman said he never sought the money.
