For months, the city was trying to make the move happen.

The city took over the building in 1996, and since then has been trying to figure out how best to use the space.

Some cities, though, are trying a different approach to growth.

It is still a great time to visit the city but try and do something different.

The city tried to free itself in 1266 and 1355 but failed.

The city is no longer trying to sell the plant.

But, with history on their side, big cities are trying.

Now, at last, the city is trying to develop one.

While the city has tried to help them find jobs, some men are struggling.

So far, there is no reason to doubt that the city will try to do the right thing.
