There is only evidence for the bishops being called 'Bishop of Llandaff' from the early 11th century.

He was not consistently called Bishop of Norwich until about 1103.

The latter is called "Bishop of the Metropolis of Telmessaei and the Isle of Macra".

Dorfman insists he will go to jail before letting his daughter take the fall, but instead calls Bishop and threatens to give up information about him.

"I'm calling Private Bishop."

I had a hard time calling him 'Bishop.'

The bishop is also sometimes called Bishop of North Sydney.

On the stone, however, St. Paulinus is not called Bishop of Lucca, nor is there any allusion to his having lived in Apostolic times.
