On March 2, 1944 in the Division's newspaper an article appeared directed to the Ukrainian youth written by the military commanders.

At about 6 p.m. that very day the door opened suddenly and a Ukrainian youth entered together with the building's gentile superintendent.

Activities included mass campaigns against Polish tobacco and alcohol monopolies and against the denationalization of Ukrainian youth.

In 2010 he became the Honorary President of the Ukrainian youth public political organization "Young regions".
