The Swissair Group has named a new chief financial officer.

BalairCTA became Belair after the demise of the Swissair Group.

The chief executive of the financially struggling Swissair Group says it plans to raise its ticket prices to reduce its huge debt.

Employees of the Swissair Group halted several flights at Geneva's airport, protesting a possible cut in pay and loss of benefits as the airline's operations wind down.
