The Herald News has a daily circulation of nearly 50,000 and a Sunday circulation over 40,000.
Early in the 2000s, the paper dropped the ampersand from its name, and later would drop "North Jersey" as well, just being called the Herald News.
Shortly thereafter, the operations of both The Record and the Herald News were merged.
The Herald News, another New Jersey newspaper, called Steve a "hard worker for the district" who has"proven his dedication."

The Herald News and its variations are the names of multiple newspapers.

At its height, The Herald News circulated approximately 45,000 copies per day.
On April 11, 2011, The Herald News, a Somerset-based newspaper, reported that all 74 test scores were voided.
