It's an unenviable catch 22 that public sector managers face this Christmas.

Its target audience lies in private and public sector managers.

A sector manager oversees the running of each of the sectors.

Of these, only 6.6% went into the arts, design or culture industries, while one in eight found jobs as commercial/industrial/public sector managers.

"Capital allocation is a group decision, but it's driven by the number of ideas that each sector manager has at that time," he said.

"Any sector manager has some number at which they will be constrained under their current strategy," he added.

Applicants may be students, Italian or foreign government executives or private sector managers.

She said: "The biggest fears public sector managers have are more often than not for their own job security.

Second, and more important, sector managers focus on small groups of companies.

Every public sector manager should be doing that, whether a service is contracted out or not.
