"They are all out there looking for 10,000 square feet in move-in condition."

Even so, tenants looking for 50,000 square feet or more are having a difficult time finding it, he added.

"If a tenant is looking for 100,000 square feet, there is currently no place to accommodate them."

That's a key concern when you're looking for more than 350,000 feet of space.

Morgan Stanley is looking for up to 1.2 million square feet.

She has real estate agents actively looking for 4,000 to 5,000 square feet of space.

The Government is looking for up to 500,000 square feet of office space.

"We were looking for 3,000 to 4,000 square feet," he said.
