"I just used it to pay off debt and for the new baby's college fund."

"I originally started it as a college fund for my three kids," he said.

He received it in the last week of September, and he's putting the $600 check into a college fund.

Any contributions they receive go directly into their college funds.

Most of it was going to college funds for his kids anyway.

"The college fund is not an advocacy organization," he added.
