"The Boys in the Backroom"

The RAEME March (in quick time) is an arrangement of 'Lilliburlero' and 'The boys in the backroom'.

If the biography in this show is mostly dubious, a number of the 22 songs are very engaging, especially "Falling in Love Again," "Jonny" and "The Boys in the Backroom."

The second act presents a musical revue, including such songs as "Don't Let's Be Beastly to the Germans", "Boys in the Backroom", and "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?"

On the humorous side, Ms. Carter parodied Marlene Dietrich huffing a martial "Boys in the Backroom" and recited Alberta Hunter's "Rough and Ready Man," luxuriously savoring each sexual double-entendre.
