transient hypertension

Transient hypertension (increase in blood pressure), followed by a sustained hypotension (decrease in blood pressure).

Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, chest pain, palpitation, bradycardia, transient hypertension and other cardiac arrhythmias, dyspnea, rashes, and shock.
