Thermoduric bacteria are bacteria which can survive, to varying extents, the pasteurisation process.

Species of bacteria which are thermoduric include Bacillus, Clostridium and Enterococci.

Thermal Resistance: It has a higher resistance possessed by pathogenic streptococci, but substantially lower than that of thermoduric streptococci.
