I have another specific comment on the duration of the right of objection.

In canon law, ius remonstrandi (Latin: "right of objection") refers to the right in law to protest a Papal bull, edict or law.

Subject to the same rights of objection, 'any person interested in a judicial proceeding ' may effect service directly through the judicial officers, officials or other competent persons of the State of destination.

Where a correction is made to correct a misdescription resulting from a change of building number or street name, or allocation of building number under the Buildings Ordinance, there is no right of objection against the correction and rates remain payable.
