A Thermo-Hygrograph is a chart recorder that measures and records both temperature and humidity (or dew point).

The temperature and humidity, which needs to be between 68 and 72 degrees with a relative humidity of 50 percent, is checked in front of each painting with a device called a hygrothermograph.
