The heat on my face wasn't coming from the oven.
Remove from the oven, and let rest for 10 minutes.

As in nothing says loving like something from the oven.

Remove the fish from the oven and allow to rest for about five minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes or so.
