Pontecorvo-Maki-Nakagawa-Sakata matrix

Pontecorvo-Maki-Nakagawa-Sakata matrix, the equivalent mixing matrix for neutrinos.

The strength of such mixings is specified by a matrix called the Pontecorvo-Maki-Nakagawa-Sakata matrix (PMNS matrix).

There exists an equivalent weak interaction matrix for leptons (right side of the W boson on the above beta decay diagram), called the Pontecorvo-Maki-Nakagawa-Sakata matrix (PMNS matrix).
