In 2003 the school held 2,217 students and 152 teachers.
The new school had the ability to hold 1,000 students.
The building was designed to hold 120 students and a faculty of 15.
When completed, it will be large enough to hold more than 4,000 students.
But we can't just hold students back when the system fails them.
