"You want to have career ladder jobs, and York College is a part of that."
York College's focus is on preparing students for professional careers, while remaining an affordable private college.
York College is a four-year institution, founded in 1967, with a current enrollment of 4,500.
York College does not have a football team, though the sport's absence is a popular topic for speculation.
