A Chicago arbitration judge has ordered Amgen Inc. and its leading marketing partner, the Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation, a unit of Johnson & Johnson, to negotiate quickly their dispute regarding the sale of genetically engineered erythropoietin, or EPO, a hormone used to treat anemia.
